We pick up and deliver directly from and to your front door, making it effortless and easy to get off on your holiday or return straight back to work when you get home without the hassle of drop-off detours.

Our K9 Kab Vans have been custom-fitted to ensure a safe, calm, and comfortable trip between your home and our resort. All our K9 Kab Limousines are heated and cooled throughout, and all our guests travel in their own private and secure crate with clean bedding.

We travel across the Mornington Peninsula, South Gippsland, and Melbourne Metro areas daily, including Saturday mornings. What Time Can I Expect Pick Up or Drop Off?

This service runs Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday mornings every week. We operate the service generally between the hours of 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM so that dogs spend the shortest possible time in transit.

We contact you the day before to confirm an accurate 60-minute arrival window. Our drivers also have your contact details should traffic cause any minor delay.

Note: Someone must be at your home for collection and drop off (you, family, friend, or neighbour). Operational days subject to change around public holidays.

What Does This Service Cost?

Rates are quoted and charged per trip and include GST. Because we travel all over Melbourne Metro, Mornington Peninsula, and South Gippsland, pricing is calculated based on travel distance between your suburb and our resort in Pearcedale.

Drop Off Confirmations & Safety Guarantee

If you have booked the K9 Limousine for your dog to be returned home, you MUST call and confirm once you have returned home. We send an SMS reminder the day before your pet is due to depart the resort.

Total Peace of Mind: If you are delayed or we don’t hear from you, your dog stays safe and sound at our resort until we hear from you.

Our drivers check answering machine messages from 4:00 AM, so you can safely leave a message anytime overnight if arriving home late.
